Growth and Sustainability
With the freeport status, we will build up strategic supply manufacturing and ESG industries here in this new city. Industrial sectors will include manufacturing clusters in electric vehicle manufacturing cluster, semiconductor fab factories and AI center etc. These are in addition to sustainable construction, food & beverage and other kinds of advanced manufacturing.
Quality of Life
For the living environment, we target to develop tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands quality and affordable new homes over the next three decades with aspirational lifestyle.
Locate Us
Thames Freeport is on the east side of London and is one of the 8 freeports in England sanctioned by the UK government. It is located in the Thames Estuary and its boundary covers three boroughs, namely, Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Thurrock. It has three ports in operations, ie: Ford Dagenham, Tilbury and London Gateway (DP World).

Thames Freeport has a total land size of 363 sqkm and a current population of 656,000 residents. The population density range from B&D of 8,500/sqkm to 2,300/sqkm in Havering to only 950/sqkm in Thurrock.
Thames Freeport meets all the criteria of 21st Century Free City and has huge potential in terms of its industrial base, land availability and population growth potential.
