James Lo is Co-Founder and CEO of Ethos, the AI search engine for business, backed by General Catalyst, 8VC, Conviction and various Silicon Valley leaders such as Oriol Vinyals (Co-Head, Google Gemini) and angels at Sequoia, a16z and Atomico. He previously founded and exited a venture-backed UK startup. He was an investor and operator at SoftBank Vision Fund, where he drove transformations at WeWork and Arm, and a consultant at McKinsey. He graduated with First Class Honours from the London School of Economics as a Sir Edward Youde Memorial Overseas Scholar, where he was President of the Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Service Society and President of the Business and Finance Group, the largest student society on campus. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
